At the walden., every appointment is reserved with care to ensure your experience receives the full attention it deserves. Out of respect for our stylists’ time and the guests on our waitlist, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made with ample notice.

 

​A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments.

You’ll receive automated reminders leading up to your appointment — please confirm promptly to secure your time.

< 48 hours notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

​ < 24 hours notice.

same day cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or on the same day as your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service total.

 

no show.

No-shows will incur a 100% service charge plus a 20% gratuity, which is paid directly to the stylist for the time reserved.​

 

*If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a same-day cancellation fee may apply.

 

service changes.

If you are booked for a larger service (such as a color or extension appointment) and decide to change or downgrade your service once seated, this will be considered a same-day cancellation for the originally booked service.

This ensures our stylists are fairly compensated for the time reserved exclusively for your appointment.
